UK Industry Reception - £15,000 plus VAT

• SBAC will be coordinating the UK Industry Reception which will be held at the Ambassador's Residence in Paris. The package includes:
• Sponsor's name and logo displayed on Reception invitations.
• Sponsor's promotional signage (one pop-up stand) within a mutually agreed area at the venue. (Signage supplied by sponsor).
• The right to nominate guests to be included on the guest list (number of guests to be agreed).
• The right to view the final guest list prior to invitations being sent out.
• Materials with the sponsor's logo or references to the sponsor's name to be pre-approved for style by the sponsor prior to any external communication to the marketplace.
  

UK Pavilion lounge - £5,000 plus VAT
Company logo placed in prominent positions within the UK Pavilion lounge / SBAC reception area (on reception desk etc).

• Display of company literature in SBAC reception area.
• Use of SBAC business facilities (telephone, fax machine, Internet line).
• 15 Guest nominations for the UK Industry Reception (venue to be confirmed).
• 2 Advertising panels (0.9 x 0.9m) for UK Pavilion lounge walls (you would need to supply the artwork to us).
• Company logo and acknowledgement of UK Pavilion lounge sponsorship on inside back cover of UK Pavilion brochure.
• Inclusion in the UK Pavilion brochure

UK Pavilion brochure sponsorship - £1,500 plus VAT
In addition to the official trade show catalogue at each show SBAC produces a UK Pavilion brochure which details each exhibitor within the pavilion. These brochures are an ideal way for exhibiting companies to promote their participation at a show and are distributed around the pavilion and are also placed in the literature racks within the show organisers' press centre. The package includes:

• Prominent logo position on the brochure cover
• Inclusion of sponsoring company in the brochure
• One page advertisement of sponsoring company within the brochure
• 2 Trade day tickets
• Use of one non-exclusive meeting table within the SBAC lounge area for client meetings
• Display of company literature in the SBAC reception area

SBAC Member Chalet - £55,000 plus VAT
Paris is the only other Airshow, apart from Farnborough, where SBAC has chalet facilities. In Paris the chalet comprises 2 chalet units and hosts approximately 100 guests for lunch each day (50 x 2 sittings).

SBAC is seeking a sponsor for this facility and the benefits that the sponsoring company will receive include:

• Sponsor's logo shall be used in conjunction with the SBAC logo on invitations / access passes.
• Sponsor's logo shall be used in conjunction with the SBAC logo on menu cards (these are attached to the chalet wall).
• Sponsor's literature shall be available in main reception / bar area.
• Sponsor's logo shall be installed on alternate glass doors in the dining room (Adhesive logos for the glass doors will be provided and installed by the SBAC from artwork and style guidelines supplied by Sponsor at the SBAC's sole cost and expense).
• Sponsor shall receive one table per sitting (each table seats 4) for luncheon for its corporate hospitality during the five trade days during Paris Airshow 2009.
• Sponsor shall receive a total of 20 (twenty) complimentary tickets to Paris Airshow allocated for trade.
• Sponsor shall receive pre show publicity when reference to the SBAC Member Chalet is made in newsletter updates, e-bulletins and other written material.
• Sponsor will be mentioned as a sponsor in pre show press releases about the SBAC Member Chalet.
• Sponsor will have sole of a meeting room located in the SBAC Member Chalet.
  Sponsor shall receive exposure on the SBAC website including a hotlink maintained by the SBAC to the Sponsor's corporate website.
